We typically process and prepare orders within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed and shipped.

Delivery Time

Standard delivery typically takes 3-7 business days from the date of shipment, depending on your location.

  • Major cities: 3-5 business days
  • Other areas: 5-7 business days
  • Remote locations: 7-10 business days

Free Shipping

Orders over Rs. 5,000 qualify for free standard shipping

Standard Shipping

Rs. 500 for orders under Rs. 5,000

Express Shipping

Available at checkout for faster delivery (1-3 business days)

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can use this number to track your package in real-time through our tracking system.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy

We offer a 7-day easy return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Note: Perfumes and personal care items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless they are defective or incorrect.

Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference and the payment method used.

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items of equal or greater value. If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If the item you want to exchange for is of higher value, you'll need to pay the difference. If it's of lower value, we'll refund the difference.
